Publish the executable

Hi, folks! 👋 How are you? ✌️

Now I decided to compile 🔨, then publish the built app ⚙️

And you can download and test it, but only for Linux 🐧

Why test? Because this is still an early version of the app, and it has a lot of bugs 🐞🐞🐞, and few features 😟

But in the future it will be fixed 👨‍🔧

But before you can launch the app, you will need also to install some dependencies on your OS:

For Debian and Ubuntu based:

sudo apt install libsdl2-net-2.0-0 libsqlite3-0 libcrypto++8 libjson-c5 libzip4 -y

For Arch based:

sudo pacman -Syy sdl2-compat sdl2_net sqlite crypto++ json-c libzip
